Anza Goodbar has an ardent desire to provide excellent services at a reasonable price. She has spent more than 25 years in corporate America cultivating exceptional customer service skills.
She spent many years as an executive assistant for a prominent non-profit organization. While growing in her position she discovered her passion for helping people grow and advance in their careers. She has built a reputation of having a heart to serve.
Later she leaped into the field of destination management with hopes of broadening her horizons. She found that the face-paced world of event management was a perfect fit for her desire to manage multiple projects and have variety in her daily schedule. During the course of her career she has planned and executed more than 700 events in varying degrees of complexity.
In 2005, she earned a degree in Speech Communications and was ready to embark on a new challenge. She went into business for her self by starting a mortgage company. This allowed her to utilize her highly developed organizational and relational skills to help people reach their financial dream of home ownership.
In recent months, she has watched friends and family lose the security of their employment in this ailing economy. She has witnessed many small businesses close and it became apparent there were new challenges on her horizon. As a small business owner she has been accustomed to wearing many hats to keep costs at bay and maintain profitability.
In today's marketplace it is essential to think outside the box. If small businesses are to survive we must streamline processes and find better ways of accomplishing our objectives. In her desire to serve others, she created Insightful Business Solutions to assist small business owners find more efficient ways of growing their business.
